This place is a mess. Ordered and paid for a door over a month ago and I can't get a straight answer on when they are installing it. The minute they took my money, POOF!, not a word. They could care less about whether I get my product or not. And good luck calling the store and actually speaking to anyone who can offer any assistance whatsoever. After waiting 30 min to speak to someone, I get put on hold and then routed to some random voicemail. Happens. Every. Time. I have no time to deal with such a terrible level of customer service. I get that they have to coordinate with outside vendors, but get it together Home Depot. I have spent so much money with this Retailer and I am DONE.

Pretty good inventory. Employees more helpful/knowledgeable than other HD's I've been to.

The worst HD I've ever been in. Absolutely no help from associate's. I once stood for 5 minutes by a key machine while the associate spoke with another. Their conversation over and the guy got back on his step stool without even noticing me. "Hey, can you make me a key?" "Sure man" This is the worst store ever!!!! Need to add another one star review. Went to the stinking North Miami store again. Asked a clerk where a product was, she didn't even acknowledge I existed. I did get her attention by yelling "hey you" she responded by apologizing. They are the worst....the worst!

Very disappointed with this visit no one to assists me was told by an employee that he was the only person for that department and he was not able to assist me. Disappointed to the fullest. No rating this time.

Let me just say this place is the WORST. I have purchased OVER $20k worth of supplies and appliances for a house reno I'm doing. Enter the jacked up return policy that good ol' FELIX, the "manager" wants to enforce. Apparently if you didn't know, appliances are "custom" items and can't be accepted as a return under zero circumstances. And don't try to reason with the management. Because they will cut you off mid sentence. They will tell you to call customer service. Yet another jerk around. This place is trash.
