They practice bad business. I caught a pricing problem, and they made a huge issue, and refused to match prices the proper price. Frank Cueto is the most rude manager I have encountered in a long time. This complaint is going corporate, and my budget is going elsewhere. Update 2017-07-09 Caught an employee discriminating on a spanish speaking customer. The employee snidely told her "try English" several times, before passing her off to another customer. She then slinked out of the picture as they helped her. That is BS. Hey paid employee that needs relevant social skills... Try Spanish!

Customer service is very poor. Me and my dad simply asked a couple questions and they offer their service as if they're being forced to. Shanna is an impatient employee who can't do her simple job.

Waited for help that did not come to move a large item into the cart. Did get help to put it on thevtruck.
