I called ahead to be positive the item was in stock. A most helpful sales associate named Brian found the item. He also gave me aisle number and bay. I told him I would need help loading. He helped load cart with the item. When I checked out loaders were called to help me load item in my truck. My purchase was fast and helpful employees made the experience wonderful!

Poor customer service. I walked into the Home Depot on my cell (getting a finalize list of items needed). One of the items on my list was out, so I looked up to see if the item just need to be restocked or if they were out. I was in luck, I saw the item number boxed above. I located an employee and told them I needed assistance. She said she needed a ladder and walked away. Fifteen minutes later, I looked around, and she was helping a new customer. I ended up purchasing a lower quality because I wasn't going to be able to climb the 15ft (plus the lower quality got the job done). I went to the self check out and the attendant working commented, "I would have greeted you on the way in but you were too busy on your phone." Wow... I'm seriously never walking back in.

Sometimes there good sometimes not. One screw up and file complaint the women in their are nasty paint mamager, kitchen appliances lady gossip. Not professional at all not out fault they get caught messing up. Matbe they should do there job and soend less time not doing their job. Paint manager the worest. They have good staff in garden grown uos work there. Wood good people Gary the best. Diana grear in kitchen. If yoy need paint go to the other store qty much better A+ services. Garden center and cashier are great. Jeff dose a great job manager. Nit sure about store manager.

Did not have all materials I needed, had to find help and they did not know when they might refill Hardie planks inventory. Paint department said they had no clue about paint and could not answer questions. Basically self help all the way even checkout.

The lady was very helpful. I liked her because she became involved in helping me to get what I needed.
