Guy at tool rental was awesome and helpful. The one lady at self checkout (all regular checkout was closed), had an angry tone in her voice, was disrespectful when she spoke, and didn't offer any help with a mis priced item I had was checking out with. Yes I know it was mislabeled because the entire row of items was the same, I checked the label on the item and the price marker on the wall. She offered to cancel the item, but there is a huge line up that showed up behind me and I had just rented a tool for 4 hours. No offer to get someone to help me sort it out or skip the line on my way out once it was figured out, or even saying sorry for the issue. I'm still on the clock but writing this was worth it. That is entirely unacceptable behaviour. Update August 5, 2017: Today each of the three employees I talked to were pleasant and aimed to be helpful. +1 stars to Home Depot. Hopefully you're making a change and this wasn't random chance.

one of the better stocked H.D. stores in southbay. Recommend this one over the Kifer Rd. location. One thing to note: Large items ordered can be unavailable for pickups during the weekend (as they have a separate dept. that handles moving those from the back, warehouse-y part of the store)

Where do you get your customer service employees, they stink at the job. Bought a water heater put it on will call for 2 days. Went to pick it up, they could not find it. Delivered 3 days later. Too big for area so. Went to return it and get a smaller one, they said it was waiting to be delivered while I am standing there with. It, where are their heads? STUPID , STUPID, STUPID.I do not know why I bother, should have gone to OSH.
