Took a while to hunt someone in Plumbing down, but once we asked our questions they were so helpful. 3 hours later, we are done and the sprinklers are fixed... for now. More to do another day.

If you do a special order and they get your money (thousands) GOOD LUCK! All say hello and smile but total incompetents and they never ever follow up! Go to Lowes!

Three of us ordered food, for the hell of it we threw the takeout bag on the scale back at the office, for $25 we got 11lbs of food. We each had lunch for two days and overall the flavors are distinct and pretty decent.

I placed an order online for store pickup. I've been waiting in the online order pickup counter line for over 30 minutes now while one single clerk named attempts to take care of all the customer service issues of the store in addition to online orders. This is unacceptable.

Service here has been okay, but it must be an older store because it's not the cleanest. I was there today and happened to look up (I'm observant) and there was a MESS of webs. Not sure if that was left over from Halloween (5 months ago) or if they really just don't care about appearance. Check out my attached photo. But back to service - I've received so-so service here. Cashiers are fantastic, but the folks walking the isles range from "no idea what you're asking me" to, well, the opposite end of that spectrum (being really helpful and knowledgeable). So be ready to help yourself (use the Home Depot app!), but you'll be delighted once you leave - whether that's from awesome cashiers, awesome new toys, or if your experience really sucked!
