I shop here often, and usually get my own parts. The customer service here, is poor. I have associates walk past me, and never ask if I need help. The Cashiers at the checkout lanes, are
 very courteous.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I went there and spoke to not one, not two, but five associates trying to buy a lawn mower. I asked basic questions like why is this marked down and could you get me the key so I can see the hours on the engine? After several failed attempts at finding the correct key, a half hour of waiting and management who could not be bothered to come assist me I finally gave up. The lawnmowers were treated like junk too. They were parked close enough to scrape one anothers paint, had missing handles and flat tires. What else can I say? The employees I dealt with were lazy and/ or incompent. Management refused to help despite two requests. Forget going to the circus, if you want to see some clowns just stop by this Home Depot.

We were treated very nicely and had great help.The price on the last 2 swivel rockers we got was great also the 10% military  discount was nice.Thank You Home Depot.
