We bought a shower 1 piece unit but found it was too big to bring home in out Caravan so I asked the Service Desk if they could hold it at the store while we went to get a trailer to put the shower inside of.   They said yes, had me put my name and phone number on a big sheet of paper, said they were filling out a Will Call, photo copied my receipt, gave me my original back.  Said I could use that to retrieve our shower when we came back.  BUT NOOOOO!   Guess we were suppose to be given a Will Call big paper to get our Shower.  We had to argue with them with our receipt in hand, paper with our name on the Shower THAT WAS OUR SHOWER!   Why was it OUR RESPONSIBILITY to get this Will Call Paper or even know about their procedures?!   I will never shop the Waukegan Home Depot again.
