As a contractor it's important to be able to get in and out quickly. That is not usually the case here. There is plenty of merchandise but a lot of times there won't be enough of one thing to complete a project unless I order the items needed. I don't see how that's helpful I have Amazon and that stuff comes in two days not two weeks. That being said they are decent for dimensional material unless you need something brought down with a forklift.

Would give them zero if I could! Purchased a storage shed online and called to make certain if I rented a 27" truck that they could load it into that- we arrived to pick up the shed and they refused to load it, stating that the truck was not big enough to accommodate the 10ft shed....Now I am out the truck rental of $300....there was one staff member that was really nice- too bad I did not get his name, but all of the female staff seemed to busy to assist us....although we were the only customers at the counter! Then we waited for 30 minutes for the shed to be loaded..... the forklift driver stated there was no way he could get the shed in the truck and promptly drove off with our shed! Nope....will not shop here again!!!

I spend 10's of thousands of dollars and about 50% of the time I go in the store it is a major pain in my ass. There getting better, but they need to trim off some of the not so knowledgable staff. Special orders or online purchases, don't even bother. Never on time and never ready to be loaded. Always a few hours to get an order, ridiculous! You may own the elko market, but perform like you deserve it! PLEASE!!!! If Lowe's comes into elko you will be done if you don't improve. I don't want to see that happen, I do like home depot, just tighten it up.

Their customer service sucks. There is never anyone around to help you. Even after you go find someone and ask them for help they will say they will send someone right over. Spent an hour trying to get some help. This place absolutely sucks.

So I would've given this place about 2 stars if it wasn't for a cashier named Skylar. She was so friendly and kind, and after my AWFUL experience with EVERY other employee she apologized for everything I had to go through. The checkout was fast and she did an excellent job. Her attitude was positive and she was very outgoing.
