My last interaction with Home Depot Winder location was the worst customer service experience I have had in many years. I received an email notification that my online order was ready for pick up. When I got there I was told that it was not ship complete. The customer service agent was not apologetic, unprofessional, condescending and rude. I attempted to resolve the matter by initiating a call with the e- commerce division and when I handed her my phone she barely wanted to hold it as though it was disease ridden. She proceeded to walk off briefly and came back only to argue with the agent on the other end of the phone. The agent ended calling the store's phone line and the customer "no service rep" handed my phone back to me in the same manner. The assistant store manager explained what transpired and offered an apology for the mix up. He assured me the remainder of my order will be delivered on the following Monday. I approach this Home Depot Assoc and told she so the award for the worst customer no service experience and she proceeded to tell me the old; "sorry you felt that way" line. I will never shop at this location again.

It's a home depot, best to know what you want before you get there. Cause you're not going to get help.

This place has gone downhill over the past few years. They used to have great customer service, but today we had to ask 3 different employees and wait 40 minutes for someone in the cutting station. They weren't even busy. Then we were accused of lying about getting our boards from the discount pile. Our 20 minute trip took over an hour.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, they'll actually ask you if you need help finding something since it is such a large store. Very pleasant environment.
