Typically fluctuates between 1 star and 3 stars. I'm here now and I've been waiting 15 minutes just for the only carpet attendant in NE FL. Three 12'x1' strips, 3 orange bibs. 20 minutes - still setting up. It's training day. Did I mention this is Irma prep? Saving my rub rails on the boat. 25 minutes- almost done, good routine. Now I don't need to rely on anyone, truely the best part of Home Depot.

Friendly staff. I go there way too often. Some of the staff know me by name now. The place isn't as busy as other home depots which is a plus. I need to be in and out relatively quickly, and this place delivers.

Had an awesome experience. Thank you to Mark, Fred and Mac for offering outstanding customer service. Every employee we came in contact with spoke and offer assistance. Store is very clean and employees are very friendly and professional. Definitely returning for future needs.

Needed to replace some boards on our dock and the guy in the lumber department was extremely helpful. He steered me towards exactly what I needed and made the cuts.

Usually a great place to shop. But I went here tonight and my husband and I were treated horribly by two women. We purchased an item that rang up on sale. After we purchased the item we took our receipt and prepared to leave, when a women came up to us and snatched the item and said " you cant have this. It wasn't supposed to be this price". We informed her that we'd already paid. She took our item and put it behind the customer service counter. She refused to give it back even though we'd paid. She demanded that we take a refund. We wanted the item so we refused. After 20 mins of public humiliation, we had to litterally threaten legal action to get what we'd already paid for. I'm in complete shock.
