We bought a GE gas dryer August 17 it was defective. I was told to call GE the depot couldn't help me. 1 week later a new gas dryer arrived. It was defective too. It took another week to have the dryer picked up. Then 3 more days before I called to find where my credit was. Only after I called did they run the credit once they looked up to see they had the dryer to run the credit. The managers didn't care. TERRIBLE customer service. They do not deserve any stars.

I paid to have the doors on my house measured to get a quote on installation of replacement doors. When the quote came back much higher than I could afford, I was informed that I would be getting neither the measurements I paid for nor my money back. The service desk employee and the employee in the doors and windows department then treated me like an annoyance that should leave them alone. It was a very disappointing experience from a store that has always been helpful and friendly in the past.

I shop at this home depot a lot due to its close proximity to my house. It's fine if you're purchasing tools and anything non-living. But just about every plant I have bought from there has been a loss. I purchased a cherry tree around mid-spring and made sure I planted it correctly and watered it generously for 2 months. About a while with no sign of life I took the tree back and before I could say anything, they mentioned how these trees were a bad batch and had not been properly taken care of and watered by the supplier or store, so they were all DOA. YET, despite her admitting this, they only refunded me half the original price because I no longer had the receipt and had purchased it on a gift card. With anything else not defective I would have completely understood, but in this case, HD made money off of a dead plant they sold me. I fear the magnolia tree I purchased at the same time as the cherry tree was also of a bad batch, but I'm not going to bother returning it...

Continues to disappoint in service and products offered. Products in wrong bins. Had to return and open full boxes just to get correct sized hardware. Checkout is painfully slow, even after taking images of the prices and product codes. Parking is easy.
