Need help. Good luck. Employees scatter like roaches. Have someone paged. They will still take 20 minutes to respond. Employee was putting away returns (before she was going to help me), another employee had to go tell her to stop what she was doing and help me. When she did come over, she told they didn't have an item I could see in overstock. Once I pointed out that I could see the item I wanted, she then said she "probably couldn't reach it" but she'd try. Sarcastic "thanks". She did try. She couldn't reach it. She was then going to leave me there. She was done. Great customer service. I told her it was unacceptable and that she needed to figure out how to get the item down. You NEVER tell a customer you can't help them. Another employee came over and got the item down no problem. The process took around 40 minutes. To get post hole diggers. One of many similar stories. Location is everything I guess. Can't wait for a lowes.

The Sales Person showed me how to order online. He wxplained me the different route of installation to make the project more economical within my budget. 
(That does not happen all the time, I consider that to be lucky.)

Reviewing this location tool rental customer service experience, nothing to do with cleanliness your products. Tried to rent tool this morning, called in advance, gentleman says yes I'll save it for you what's your name, arrive to find that his counterpart rented it to someone "a little bit ago." Because of this, I'll shop here for convenience when I know where I'm going, what I need, but will avoid this location for anything that requires customer service. I get great customer service at Home Depot S Colorado Glendale, however weekend isn't the time to go.

I know customer service. My father raised me in the restaurant business. I then ran two warehouses and was owner of my own restaurant at the age of 25.
On Sunday I went into the plumbing department  to find the identical used parts I had brought in. I couldn't find them anywhere so I asked for assistance. Your employee "Sky" was the one that assisted me. She help me look for quite a long time, but there was no resolve. We tried many different combinations however we couldn't find anything that would fit. As any employee would do, she called her boss for assistance, and the call dropped. I could see a little frustration setting in. I told her that she could go, and she didn't have to wait on me anymore but she stayed and said kindly that she would continue to help. She could have walked away but she didn't... that's customer service!

I'm pretty sure the guy "helping" me was high... I had to repeat my simple sentences slowly several times. He couldn't make a key for me, or tell me where I might look for a small item I also needed. 

I left and went to Ace, where they can make a key and help me find things. 

EDIT: EVERY TIME. I wish there were another place to buy lumber in Denver because I NEVER WANT TO GO NEAR HERE AGAIN. Gah. I'm cool, I'm cool, but seriously.
