horrible. To get help takes a long time. Seriously bring a stool with you.  Went to place order for a door I needed. Took our broken door showed it to them told them we needed one exactly like the one we had there showing them. left our broken door there at the store . A month later finally our door is ready for pick up. Was the wrong measurements!! How could they have gotten the measurements wrong when we showed them the exact door we needed. We even left our broken door there with them. Atleast we got a refund but that lost $150 because they got it wrong and we weren't able to replace door in time.

Horrible company, I would give them no stars if possible. Paid for heavy duty dryer vent and installation of it with the dryer I purchased from home depot. My mom was home when the delivery arrived and the man asked my mom if she wanted to leave the old vent on. Long story short they kept my money for installation and I had to put the piece on myself. Why would I order and pay for a part for you to be lazy and not put on. Then I'm told by Brad he doesn't know what day he can get there to have it installed, then what does he know! Not a good manager or customer service person.

Extremely helpful and informative and very nice.  Had 4 associates go out of their way to try and find us a tool listed on website
