I had a horrible experience in the paint department. The lady decided I didn't need to have more than 5 cans of paint. She started helping another customer. She said they are waiting so you'll have to wait. Those customers only had a small cans of paint. I was going to spend over 300.00 on paint so I decided to go to Sherwin Williams. They were amazing plus they were having a sale!!

one person said { i had a big order and the people in front of me only had a small order} what a jerk to think the sales person should just drop them and rush to his side . another woman had a key that didn't work so they had to take it back, and there was no one the at the key counter. didn't they know they should be waiting in case they came back, oh and her poor husband had to go find someone. some grown people are like children. today i was there and overheard a customer complaining they didn't have six foot door trim and the salesperson said he could cut it to what ever size he needed and this guy said { i didn't come here to have to cut my on piece} good luck on finding the six foot door casing and god forbid you have to cut it yourself

Worst experience over a $3.17 key...went in Friday 8/18/17 to have keys made for house and one of the keys was not cut right which was no big deal went in store on Saturday 8/19/17 to have them recut and the service desk sent me to the key counter and of course no one was there so my husband had to go find someone. I had the miscut key laid out on top of the receipt and the new key on the counter and this woman comes around the corner and says what do you need in a hateful tone... if I'm standing at the key counter I don't need paint or flooring!! I begin to tell her what happened and she rudely interrupted and said well I can't cut a key with out the original as I was reaching for them. So I threw the keys on the counter and she proceeds to say no since in being rude...she was the one rude from the start...she threw my key in the trash...spoke to the MOD on duty and it was obvious he could careless...but we know that this is not the first time this employee has acted this way cause the girls at the service desk knew her name immediately and I did not have to go into much detail...don't recommend getting keys cut here if you have to deal rude people like her

Terrible you can never find someone to help you and then when you do they never know where it is, today the lady in lawn and garden didn't even know what a t-post is much less where to find it why is she working out there? Lowe's is a much better choice.

Cant get help. Beware, Online order items have the worst shape item off the shelf, inspect before leaving. Hardware has been on lunch hour the last two hours. I called on the 3rd hour to get transferred back to hardware on an intercom announcement, and then they dropped my call. Limited display items, especially toolboxes, had to drive to LR to check out displays.
