Been here a few times.... employees stand around chatting, ignorant on location and items such as marking tape...They think its adhesive tape. You have to explain what it is and they have no clue where it is... cant bother them they are still socializing among themselves....You'll stand at the paint 20 minutes at the desk and THEN be told you'll be helped even though the employee has been at the paint area behind the desk the whole time....only to wait more. You can trust the man in carpeting will tell you they don't have the carpet you are very specific about ( pink shag with different gauges of thickness) to turn around and find it on the rack because you know they have it....once you tell him you found it he sits on his swivel chair to tell a younger guy to help because he is to busy relaxing....oh and about that marking tape after asking 3 employees to help... none have the training or common sense to find someone else knowledgeable to help you...so the best potion to tell the customer is "I give up". Fortunately Home Depot' s saving grace is their website which is somewhat helpful and can get you in the right direction close enough to help you find the supplies. And, yes.... I left the store with no paint... which was why I came. Never again after several trips of dealing with mismanaged, undertrained, ignorant employees will I come here.

It's a beautifully organized store. Me and my dad walked right in and found what we were looking for in under 5 minutes. The employees are very friendly and always now how to help you look for things. Neat and tidy as well.

Asked for help waited for 40 min. I Asked three different people and no one showed up.

Couldnt get help...had to use home depot site to see where an item was...the site was wrong!
