They were very helpful on picking out the lawnmower to fit my needs. I have never had a bad experience at the Chalmette home Depot. I can't say that about the other ones I've been to.

Worst customer service ever. I am a general contractor and spend A LOT OF MONEY AND MY TIME in all the home depots in the greater New Orleans area, Westbank and Eastbank. I love home depot and will not shop at any other home improvement stores. But the one on judge Perez is a joke. No one knows anything or where anything is at. Try to overcharge my account. It was a great visit after the woman at the costumer service desk was finished with her text and cell phone call and eating candy smacking her lips the whole time she was talking ... But yes she was helpful afterwards it only took her 10 mins and thats BEING nice I'm wanting to go back and take a pic of her doing it but I'd feel wierd
