It's been over a month since we first ordered our fridge. They sent the wrong one, so we had to reorder. It's been another 2 weeks and we still don't have a fridge. They expect 15% back if we cancel our order all together because it's something they don't carry in store. This is frustrating and a warning to others not to order from them. It's just a hassle.

I called about some base moulding and their price was 56 cents a foot more then Mr Plywood and I need over 400ft so the savings by going to Mr plywood is almost $400. I will be checking prices before buying anything at home depot Revised after going into the store they price matched the best price I could find and were very friendly and helpful.

The workers are very helpful but there are two problems I've had and friends report to me. Many items are not in stock, sometimes even though their computer system says they are. And more than one person has told me they had wood cut for them there, and it was cut incorrectly. But again, workers very nice, always trying to help as best they can. That counts for a lot.

The employees there are extremely helpful. It's amazing that they know where everything is. However, they are so understaffed that it's hard to find an associate to help.

I like the Home Depot for the smaller items like paint, tapes, light bulbs,etc. But for anything else that may require an "associate", forget it! I can't seem to find them so I start searching aisle after aisle looking for SOMEONE that could help me. I think they are under staffed or all out to lunch or dinner @ the same time. And then there is the service desk..........
