The employees are thieves who can't be trusted. Cody stole $80 from my mom during a credit card payment. She asked them to review the cameras. They couldn't because the person with access wasn't there that day (how convenient!), but some woman claiming to be a manager assured her they'd look at the cameras the next day and call her with whay they found. It's been weeks and still no call. Don't trust anyone there.

More helpful than Lowes for sure but this may be due to more employees available-staffed. Paid $20 for a copper ice maker kit, better than $30 for the one suggested by employee. Returned it after I found one at Walmart under $9.

Screwed my family over with a half carpet installation. Installers showed up with not near enough carpet to do the job. That was over a month ago. My parents house is still half carpeted. Home Depot has not given any sense of when the situation will be resolved. They are not offering any price cut or any apologies. They are hardly even bothering to communicate. I am done shopping here.
