Good stuff. Expensive. Customer service depends on the day if it's good or completely horrible. The guys there tonight were pretty decent compared to those I've encountered previously which is usually morning time.

Home Depot has very helpful and knowledgeable employees who are willing to do what it takes to satisfy our needs in a friendly and courteous manner.  Kudos to Tom who helped us today!

Not real impressed with Home Depot. Ordered an 18 volt Ryobi grinder, paid for it, and was told it would be there three days later. Ordered it on October 11th, was supposed to be here on the 14th. Got told on the 14th, now it's not going to be here till the 19th. It didn't show up on the 19th either,  so I got my money back. Should of bought Dewalt, can buy Dewalt stuff almost any where and you don't have to order it.

Tonight, a paint associate refused that the Home Depot sold a brand of paint that my husband and I just bought there the afternoon before. My husband had to show him where the paint was because the sales associate didn't believe him.  He was extremely unhelpful in helping us purchase a second can of paint to match our first can.  He first refused to tint it and then after finally tinting it, he shoved it to my husband on the counter and refused to shake it.  Terrible, frustrating experience.  The first afternoon we bought the original can of paint, a sales associate Bruce was so incredibly helpful (he deserves 5 stars), but whomever was working tonight completely ruined the experience for us.

I found the toilet seat I was looking for easy enough at a good price and did some additional browsing. Very nice.
