Just moved over to this side of town and am disgusted by the profiling that this Home Depot does. I recently bought a house over here and needed some essentials for the project i had underway. I first noticed the security guard aka stalker when i was looking for blades for my sawzall and a stud finder. As i continued shopping I noticed him everywhere i was. I went to get paint samples, hes behind me, went back to look at chop saws, hes behind me, finally so annoyed and uncomfortable with this i go to checkout...and guess who's right behind me. You guessed it, my very own stalker. As i said in the beginning, i just purchased a new house and am going to be dumping a ton of money into it with projects. But guess where I'll be shopping? Lowes, because never ONCE have i been made to feel like a criminal. I've worked in big box stores, I've assisted in the big box store asset protection. Never once have i seen such unprofessional security. I'll never go back. * the extra star is for the kid at self checkout, he was actually very sweet and helpful.

Need help with a question or loading? Good luck. Need a flat bed cart for your concrete? None available, but the parking lot has them all over the place. DIY store in all areas. Started going over to ACE for far better service. Another follow up for 11/6/17. Purchased too many packs of window foam insulation and a metal roofing panel that was not needed. I "thought" I had the right receipt, however "some" of the insulation was missing. No refund because I did not have the proper receipt - despite a scan to identify their products. This was on 2 days after my purchase. I was "shorted" on the roofing pan refund as well.

Good place for carpet and carpet supplies. I would recommend homedepot over Lowe's any day.

Thunderstorms last night took out our refrigerator. I ran to HD at 7am to get a new one. They bent over backwards helping me to get a new fridge and line it up for delivery the same day. I appreciate their help very much. And the new LG fridge will be a step up from our last one. The employees at home Depot are compassionate, understanding and very willing to fill customers needs. Way to go, Home Depot!

It's not a hardware store, but it's basically one of the only alternatives. If you can get a employee who knows what he's doing, it's less frustrating. Huge store, you will get a workout walking from one end to the other. Watch the prices in lumber, as some are by the piece and others right next to it are by the foot. Hard to tell the difference. I prefer Ziggy's and Ace.
