I had to return my Dewalt 15 gallon air compressor and the guy at the customer service desk went above and beyond to be helpful to me. I will definitely be returning to the Home depot on Moores Lane in the future and would recommend that store to everyone I know.

The customer service in the kitchen, appliances, and floor departments are fabulous and that's the only reason I gave 2 stars. I had planned on buying an entire kitchen suite, paint, carpet, tile, and hardwoods from this store, but I quickly changed my mind after dealing with their absolutely terrible delivery service people. We had a washing machine delivered and within a week we realized it was not working properly. We had to jump through a lot hoops to get them to agree to replace the washing machine and it's been more than a month and we still haven't received it. Every time a delivery man is set to come over, they give me a four hour time window and I rearrange my entire day to fit their schedule, and every time they are late. Every. Single. Time. And they don't even bother calling to inform me they'll be late. Terrible service. I will NEVER go to this Home Depot again because they clearly have no qualms contracting out work to awful companies with terrible customer service.

They are very understaffed. A Wal-Mart experience at checkout.
