Is a really good place to get materials for your home are office nice respectful people

Store wasn't busy at all and took 35 minutes to get our wood dropped because the racks hadn't been restocked it was empty. Finally had someone come and they didn't know really what to do or what we needed after we told them 2x10-16 foot. Other acosiates just stood back and watched this go on with no help. Yeah everyone is tired but the guy on the forklift was trying his best. But he needed a spotter bc he kept hitting the rack bc that was a big heavy load. They need to have a few more safety meetings with their employees.

I am a Lowe's Girl from way back and though Home Depot has the best prices their customer service is the worst. They use there fingers allot to direct you and they tell you things are discontinued but when you look online for the same item it states that its in the store. Wake up Home Depot; stores are closing all over the world, you could be next!!
