Absolutely horrible customer service! Asked for an item. Was told it's on the top shelf and it's going to take an hour to get it down. Was told to "go get something to eat" and they'll give me a call. 2 hrs later... "your items will be ready in another half hr" but not to worry they promise to have them waiting for me at customer service when I get there. When I got there my stuff still wasn't there. It was still on the top shelf... Wow!

Although store representative are helpful, do NOT order online and pick up in this store. The logistics for this store is very poor, you get a notification that an order is "Ready to pick-up", but they might not even have the item in stock for pick-up.

Was looking for a specific bathroom toilet hook to fix the flow etc.... and Jim Jahrling associate was a big help today. He led me to the shelf where I found the exact part needed. Saved me a lot of time. Thanks Home Depot for great service.

Employees gave conflicting information in the Flooring department. Ended up not being able to fulfill the needs, although Menards was able to complete the request. I️ would recommend looking for a different home improvement store.

I don't like giving poor/mediocre reviews but this location has consistently frustrated every time I have worked with them. From delivering thousands of dollars of incorrect product to my home for a construction project last year (which I had to fight with both the location AND Corporate HD to have them pick up for a refund even though it was 100% their error) to never finding a store employee willing to help me with locating items I'm trying to buy, shopping in Home Depot is rarely a pleasant experience.
