There are certain people when you meet them for the first time, it feels like you've known each other for years.  To me, Anne at The HomeStore is one of those people.  

The first time we worked together was when she represented a seller that I purchased a piece of land from.  Well, a year and a half later I decided to sell the property and look for a condo in the city.  Anne was first and only person who came to mind when I made that decision.  Time was of the essence when selling, and Anne knew the right people.  I received multiple offers in less than a day, and we went under contract the following week.  Bing bam boom, sold!

The condo I purchased was being sold through a relocation company, so going in we knew it was going to be tricky...nope.  Anne streamlined the entire buying process and made it as smooth as can be.  I knew what was needed, when it was needed, and who needed it.  All the information was always right at my finger tips.  And I should probably mention that I got the condo for less than my target price, I guess I can't really complain about that ;)

Clear and open communication is paramount to a large purchase such as a home, and when I did have a question or needed her guidance, she made communication a breeze.  Email, sure.  Text, sure.  Phone calls, sure thing.  She is busy, as we all are, but she always let me know that she received my question/concern, and when she would be available to talk.    

As a first time land seller/home buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.  Genuine, honest, professional, and friendly are words that describe Anne to a "T".  After it's all said and done, I feel like I've made a true friend throughout this whole experience.  Owning a beautiful condo in the city is just icing on the cake :)
