Very very friendly service. Ali is an asset to this business. Room is spotlessly clean and quiet.

Generally good experience. The first room they tried to offer smelled as though someone had just been smoking in there. Was a little ironic considering right before that the staff member ensured we had initialled saying that we would not smoke in the room. We told them and she switched rooms for us.  I felt the staff member we dealt with could have been a bit more friendly, but ultimately she did everything required. 😊

Front desk staff is very nice and very helpful.  My room was just the right size and comfortable.

NOT VERY FRIENDLY. Was told that my family was not allowed in my room as they came to visit and suprise me with dinner. They were yelled at and told they had to visit me in the lobby. I talked to the manager and he told me that all you First Nations were warned of no guest policy as you will just  trash the room. I will not be coming back here ever again and do not recommend this place. Towels changed but bathroom was not cleaned like I had requested.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Nice pool. We would definitely stay again!
