I've had my Hot Spring spa for over 10 years so I've been in The Hot Tub Store many times to purchase water treatment supplies and other odds and ends.  I've always come away saying to myself "WOW - the products are outstanding, and the staff are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.  I made a great decision purchasing my 2nd spa from this company!"

My 1st spa was not as well made, insulated or waranteed as my Hot Spring Spa.  The power of the jets is much stronger in my current spa, and the cost of running it hardly shows on my electric bill.  I will never purchase another brand of spa, should this one ever need to be replaced.

I always feel that I've gotten my moneys worth with Hot Spring & Watkins staff and products!
