Very nice place to stay, ideal for all tourist attractions, within walking distance of every thing.  Clean and well maintained.  Staff excellent.  Parking costs a bit high , but all parking here is costly. Didn't eat at this hotel,  but the bar services are good and plenty of choice. Swimming pool on the roof a lovely place to sit and enjoy the excellent views.  Plenty of clean towels.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven.  com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...

Rooms are nice and roomy with a fold out couch and two full bed. AC is nice and cold. The pool on the rooftop is small but heated and plenty of clean towels are available. There seems to always be people enjoying the pool. There is also a small exercise room on the top floor. The bad: first room had leftover undies from last guest hanging in the bathroom. The carpet was also damp and dirtied our feet. The second room was much cleaner.

Rooms are nice and roomy with a fold out couch and two full bed. AC is nice and cold. The pool on the rooftop is small but heated and plenty of clean towels are available. There seems to always be people enjoying the pool. There is also a small exercise room on the top floor. The bad: first room had leftover undies from last guest hanging in the bathroom. We stayed in a suite. The room was great, but you can hear every noise being made around you. The lady that checked us in was not pleasant at all and does not look happy to be here. Finally, I wanted to do something nice for my husband since it was his birthday and our 10yr anniversary the day we arrive however 3 days into our stay I am still waiting for concierge to contact me. I loved the room but the services and amenities are just not where they need to be for a 4 diamond hotel.

Troy Mathews, this falls solely on you and your failure to follow through with customers.  Worst Hospitality Ever, Ruined Wedding Night!!  This hotel "bumped" us from our hotel room an hour before we arrived from our wedding reception and never told us.  The concierge had to tell us because my father in law called to make sure the transportation he had scheduled with the hotel was good.  The hotel they bumped us to was not the same and our bags took 2 hours to get there.  On top of that, they had to nerve to explain that hotels "overbook" all the time, as if it was a common thing to be kicked out on your wedding night! We got engaged here, we are devastated by this horrible treatment.   I have pleaded with the hotel to make up for it with more than just a free night stay but have been ignored.  Please don't pay $250+ for a place that does this to a newly wed couple!  Worse front desk management I have ever been witness to!
