Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this company. Scheduled an appointment to view this house today at 5:15 p.m. that was for lease with SID, who I assume is Sidney Tregre because she didn't even identify herself when I called, and nobody showed up! I left the property very angry at 5:55 p.m. and even called her, with no response! I also noticed that the "for lease" signs were taken down on the property. If it wasn't up for lease anymore she should have called, but didn't. I would recommend finding somebody else to represent your property in listings.

The House Company and in particular Cary Lam went over and beyond the call of duty. My wife and I are from out of state and we needed a realtor to set up viewings for three consecutive days. Zillow is nice to view homes; however Cary Lam completed her in depth MLS listings views on each property and narrowed down our choices based on price, tastes and proximity to work. Cary spent three long days and some evenings caring for our transition throughout the process. After we decided on a home she walked us through the process and protected us from beginning to end. She helped us find financing and represented integrity throughout the process. The owner took the time to introduce herself and my wife and I knew our financial investment was protected with people and not just a company. The House Company is top-notch care for your housing needs and I would recommend Cary Lam for your next move to Houston south to Galveston. She understands people and will go over and beyond the call of duty.

Okay, let me start with saying I am not sure if this is the proper venue to review my property, but it was the only one I could find.. I booked a house for a week at 2011 52nd St. during the dates of July 2, and the 9th. It is July 8th and I am writing this review from my kitchen back in San Antonio. That should give you and idea of how well I enjoyed my stay. I will start with the positives- The house was well decorated, and the second story loft style of the dwelling was very cozy. The appliances worked great, and the water was hot when you wanted hot, and sorta-cold when you wanted cold. Now, on to the not so positives- I paid about 270 a night to stay there for the amount of time I wanted (7 days). What an overpriced, under-furnished place this was, with too many annoyances to overlook. A: there was a dog barking incessantly from daylight to sunset, and it woke my two small boys up repeatedly. After being woken by this damn thing myself, I called the property management office to complain. I was given a voicemail (by a real human being) and I never received a call back. Nor did the barking stop. and to give you some perspective- the barking dog was i the OWNER of the property I was staying in's backyard. How do I know this was the OWNER's house-- my father-in-law spoke with the man directly about this and some other of his properties. B: the wifi they offered was good for about a 3 foot squared section in the living room, and nowhere else. I imagine the router that was boosting the signal was located in the owner's house. go figure. .....at 270 a night- no wifi. C: upon arrival there was no greeting, no nothing really, unlike some of previous vacation rentals, and my wife happened to open the downstairs garage. just to have an alarm go off, and leave us both there looking like a couple of amateur burglars. We left early because we were tired of the rate and lack of amenities, not to mention that stupid dog that never let us sleep in ON VACATION past 8am. I hope your stay is better than mine, I really do.

Horrible company to deal with, very unprofessional….forget voicing concerns about your rental property they will fall on deaf ears these are grotesquely kept rentals!!! Billie will ignore your concerns. When you complain while renting you would think that there would be someone to check-up on your complaints….she will call and tell you that you are wrong, but never step foot on the property to see what your concerns are.
