This place is so good! I was walking by and smelled the food so I walked in. I’ve never had hummus before but I was willing to try something new and I’m glad I did. The staff is super nice and very informative. So far I’ve had the bowl and the wrap. The lemonades are good and interesting. They have so many different flavors. I recommend the passion fruit lemonade and the turmeric and ginger lemonade. I’ll be coming back again. It’s good clean food
I just picked up a sandwich on my way to the DMV and I realized that this place is amazing. It is delicious and filling. Great service and friendly staff. I definitely will stop to grab more food in the near future.

The initial review was for when this same space was a Hummus Republic, at least over a year ago and a number of times before that but don't remember the dates, so I don't understand why it's posted here, but it is: Closed early again! Staffing problems still? So disappointed!! Came on Wednesday, February 08, 2023 @ ~ 3:15pm but now it's a Hummus Express which is very similar to Hummus Republic but which served an incredible date/hummus smoothie. Everything was good. Great service and very attentive, friendly host. Also, the review list don't include a drinks category, but there are a number of flavored lemonades that are all interesting and tasty. Vegetarian options: Many good vegetarian options. Kid-friendliness: Informal atmosphere so kids are fine.
The owner is super nice and knowledgeable - she pointed out which sauces paired nicely with each other. They have different themes every day of the week, my grandma and I came here on a Wrap Wednesday.Recommended dishes
I went in for the first time when I was in the complex to do a pick up from my optometrist. The counterperson was really friendly and helped introduce me to all of my choices. The falafel was made super fresh while I was piling up the great spreads, veggies and sauces in my wrap. It was super delicious! Best ever!
Food is so fresh and tasty, and everyone who works there was super friendly. Highly recommend the bowls - but we got a falafel wrap as well which was really good too. I really liked all the options and customizations you can make too, gonna keep me coming back. This is definitely going on my lunch rotation.

This place is truly amazing! I tried it for the first time today, and it was super good. I had the pita bread; it was warmed up in front of me, and the vegetables and the protein were so fresh and good. The owner of this particular restaurant was so friendly and very customer-oriented. Her name is Timmonique and she knows how to make the place feel very welcoming! Awesome place!
