Great people and awesome customer service. Vintage hotel with old antiques and gardens everywhere you look. Free Continental breakfast and one of the first shafts drilled in AZ. There are so many things to do and see near the hotel you will never have to leave. Don't feel like driving to dinner? Have it delivered from any of the numerous delicious restaurants in Bisbee. I will be staying here again to see if I can scare up a ghost or two.

If you love history, adventure, and old west charm - the Inn at Castle Rock is the place for you! I spent a month here, writing songs for my new album, and could not have been more pleased with my accommodations. The owner, manager, and staff went above and beyond to make me feel like I was part of the family, always making sure I had everything I needeed. Lexi, the fabulous Innkeeper, even recommended a local music shop that was able to fix my guitar!! I will definitely be back soon - hopefully next time I’ll see a ghost!!

This hotel is simply awesome! The back of the property is full of magical wonderous foliage and curving paths taking you to hidden sanctuaries. The rooms are older but quaint and spacious. I suggest staying on the second floor if you're able. Everyone at the hotel is kind and curteous. Make sure to get everything you need because they do not have a 24 hour desk. I've stayed here twice. This place is so awesome and unique! Some of the rooms are purported as haunted. Lots of common areas that hardly get used so it's like having an even larger suite. Rooms are quaint and spacious. Lots of stairs.

The Inn has tons of charm. It's quaint, very Bisbee idiosyncratic, and the staff are great. The rooms, on the other hand (or at least the one we stayed in), probably haven't been updated since the 70s. The plastic shower, uncomfortable bed, which seemed more like a double than a queen, and the unease of hearing the water heater crack and pop in the space next to our room were major detractors. Not a major detractor, but an observation, were the paper signs that said they like to "keep the doors close". The property could also use some updates/improvements to the outdoor spaces. Overall, this place is probably best for single adventurers and I'm glad we got to experience it.

The inn is a great location and overall its decent. When I called to book I spoke with the resident innkeeper. She was friendly and helpful. The rooms are okay. They are small and themed but nothing super fancy. There are a lot of places to relax here. It was chilly and I wished they had the fireplaces going but they did have spaces heaters. It was a Friday night and they were full. The continental breakfast is bagals and fruit and coffee. Nothing to write home about. The bathroom was nothing fancy but it was clean. The bed was comfortable and overall it was okay to decent. I do think the price is a bit high.. I would install better shades, ones that can actually block the night if you want to sleep in, have a better breakfast, and maybe modernize the bathrooms.
