The Iowa Sikh Association (ISA) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in West Des Moines, Iowa since 1982.
The mission of the Iowa Sikh Association (ISA) is to promote awareness about the principles and ideals of Sikhism to all communities. The association provides a climate for participation in spiritual, charitable, cultural, and educational activities.
The Association encourages the learning of Gurumukhi, recitation of the Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji (the Holy scripture of Sikhs) and recitation of hymns (Kirtan) from the Holy Book.
