-Excellent service; the repairs always meet our expectations.
-They always clean your jewelry when they repair it, and they do a great job of it as well! 
-They are so nice, and it's so great to see a local, non-chain business! There have been so many times where they've quickly fixed something for us, and when we ask, "How much was it?", they respond "No charge." WOW! ☺️

First of all i want to say that the jewelry box is A JOKE!!!! I bought a new ring which was two sizes to big and i wanted to take it down two sizes i dropped my ring off(April 17th 2017) the same day i bought it and i forgot to ask the guy how much it would cost to do the sizing of my ring so i call them about 1 hour later to ask about the cost and the guy ask me for my name and my ticket number which i provided. Now the person i spoke to said that they could not find a envelope with that name and number so after talking to three people the last one finally said "ok" i got it and that it would be a $45.00 charge so i said thank you and hung up.So the very next day i called to see if my ring was ready for pick up because i was told that it would be ready the next day so i called and soon as i got on the phone the guy told me that im sorry to tell you but your ring was stolen and that he had been trying to reach me (WHICH WAS A LIE) and that the police had been called and that they saw the video. Now can you believe that they told me that i would have to wait to for the investigation was over before they would do anything and i told them when i get there have my ring or my money so i go they wrote me a check and i left but something did not sit well with me i felt they were lying. So i went to the police station myself to investigate and they told me NO REPORT WAS MADE OR NO CALL WAS MADE about a theft at the store. SO WHATEVER YOU DO PLEASE DO NOT GOTO THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR STUFF AND LIE AND SAY THEY LOST IT. RATING IS A ZERO.
