Always a pleasant experience at the Kennedy center. Great shows and very well performed. The staff are professional and nice. At intermission the staff are quick but the lines are always long. Good service and overall great experience. I highly recommend attending any of the shows they have at the Kennedy Center. We attended the Book of Mormon and it was excellent. After the show the cast meet outside the Left exit (left, if facing the building).

The Kennedy Center makes it almost impossible to purchase tickets in person - to order online you have to subject yourself to a $29 fee *per ticket*, which is just beyond absurd. Parking is free for 60 minutes if you're purchasing tickets, but good luck finding the singular garage entrance you're allowed to use. Once inside, enjoy your grand tour of the building as you again attempt to find the singular ticket window that's open and staffed. I can't believe they haven't upgraded to some sort of digital display to very clearly show you which seats are already sold, but thinking back, I absolutely can believe it after all. Their redeeming grace is an exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Even they recognize that $105 for a ticket to a magic show where you're seated in the very last section is just priced too high. But if suckers like me will still pay it, the business plan works...

The Kennedy Center is a great place to see a live performance, concert, ballet or what not. It is a really big place and a very historic place that has a lot of history about John F Kennedy. I would say the quality of the seats are just okay, I think this can be improved greatly for the prices you pay. Also parking can be a hassle but you can take a free shuttle every 15 minutes from Foggy Bottom Metro. This makes me give the place four stars. I would highly recommend seeing a show here as its a high class place or seems like it anyways.

What a fabulous venue! We went for Opera at one of the several theaters that had performances that evening. The place and staff were incredibly well organized. You pay a chunk of money for parking but, for the convenience we saw, it was well worth it. The parking lot had ample space and was incredibly well organized. The venue is absolutely fantastic and the show was great.

This is a great date night whether you are going to a show or not. The food is overall great is taste and options. The staff are incredible--our server has been working there for 27 years and is very passionate about what he does. The view over the Potomac are surreal and warming. A view like this would cost $85 a plate in Georgetown, but at the Kennedy Center you'll pay half that for Bette service, food, and in my opinion a better view.
