This review should be ZERO stars! I have only been a client with this insurance company for maybe a year now, both personal and business coverages and I must say this is by far, hands down the worst that I've ever had dealings with. From the very start up until just today it has been nothing but slimy sales tactics with constant accusations of negligent coverage and too low coverages when all the while YOU Mark, wrote the policy's so I'm not quite sure as to why you "in your words" deem them woefully lacking in adequate coverage? Again you wrote them and we went over them, so I can only assume you were woefully negligent in writing them in the first place..that said you would think someone in the professional realm such as yourself would refrain from telling your clients.."look man your welcome to take your policy's elsewhere, just give me the name of whoever you changing to and we're done? I mean c'mon are you kidding me?? This is how you thank paying clients? I just had an accident where I was not even at fault back in December 01, 2015 and still to this day has it not only not been taken care of, I have yet to receive even one single call from Mark in regards to how things are going or if things had been taken care of? Are you kidding me..you can't even make a call to check on things..but you have the time to mail out new updated increased policy's for the new year on top of trying to sell me even more expensive commercial policy's and never even ask how the damages to our commercial vehicle was going..terrible customer service on your part..and just as soon as I can change agents I will be thats for certain! I only hope folks read this before thinking of patronizing your establishment so they might know what to expect! Thanks for nothing

Wonderful service and great rates. Have various services through them for the past 15 years. Parents have used their services for much longer. Trust me no insurance agent group will provide service like this group! They are on top of everything. Keep it up!
