I signed Mr. Kalanta in 2014 for what I knew was going to be a long, drawn out and honestly brutal child custody battle.  In 2017 we got it done, it was the right thing to do for my three kids, they were living in a horrible situation, Mr. Kalanta and his law team represented me well and got it done.  Yes, tough cases like these take a lot of hard work on both the parent and law firm, yes, it costs a lot of money to fight for custody of children, those were basic expectations of mine going into the legal preceding's, not knowing what the outcome might be is the unknown part of this, Mr. Kalanta and his law firm walked me through it all, every step of the way we did it together.  Mr. Kalanta fought hard for me in the court room, had to deal with a very upset other parent that lost custody; he always stayed professional, even when I wanted to loose my cool.  Mr. Kalanta is prior service Navy, I'm active duty myself, he understood the challenges of being on active duty but also fighting for custody, pay, benefits, military programs, he understood.  I definitely recommend Mr. Kalanta and his legal team, if I have any future legal needs he will be the lawyer I turn to for help.  Thank you Mr. Kalanta!

I have used Michael Kalanta twice over the last 6 years for custody issues and he has been phenomenal both times.  It's a large expense to hire an attorney and it's important you feel cared for and that your attorney is willing to fight for you and Michael will do just that!  I recently obtained a passport for my son so we could take vacation and the agency didn't like the wording of my court order.  Michael was very responsive and quick to address and correct this issue.  Michael and his staff are eager, competent, and professional to work with.
