All I can is wow not only was staff super friendly answering all and any qustions but gave me recommendations on what to get plus being the best bbq man in the country helps his apple pie season was amazing and made my turkey that much better candy wate to try the apple habanero  on a ham so thanks for everthing and can't wate to make another trip up there

Made a stop in here and loaded up on local stuff and things I can't get back home in SC. They've got it all in here... sauces, rubs, utensils and tools, grills and flat tops, wood by the bundle or chunk. If they don't have it, you don't need it! I was even surprised to see they had some Maurice's gold sauce in here from back home. I sure wish I had a place like this back home. If you're in the area, definitely stop by!

I just had to check this place out! When you see a store that sells everything Barbeque and smoker related, it's worth stopping. Nice people! who use and sell the products on display. They had a brisket smoking and ribs on the barbeque out front.

Could not discern employees from customers as none appeared to be present, everyone in the store acted as my party was a bother and unwelcome. Was additionally unable to identify a check out area to attempt to identify an employee. Overall very poor experience.

We placed a large order of 26 gift boxes. Because this order took a couple days to prepare, Joe went the extra mile to deliver the order personally to our office in Stilwell - making sure that it arrived on time! We're so appreciative!

Great place for a wide variety of sauces, wood chunks or chips for smoking, smokers, grills and pretty much every BBQ accessory you can think of.

Knowledgeable staff and wide selection. They have a ton of sample rubs to smell. The samples were super helpful in informing my decision on what to buy. I asked for assistance with recommending sauce for a specific application, and I was given a great recommendation. The sauce performed perfectly.  Kansas City BBQ Store had a ton of specialty items, from the Slow N Sear, to prep trays, to pellets and wood chips by the pound, to Snake River Farms packer briskets. I look forward to going back and trying new rubs and sauces!

Love this place. Selection is great, staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, great prices as well. Been going for years and will continue.

This store is awesome. So much to choose from. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely the place I will be going to and it's over an hour away from me.
