We went there 3 times to get a key and all three of the times they didn't work. They have one job and they can't do it. We got grips for the keys on the first day and they never told us that it wasn't refundable. After a while we where sick of it. We went to get our money back and they didn't give us all of it back. They were really mean and uncooperative. They made us call the cops to get all of our money back. But,in the end we didn't get all of our money back because of their personal policy instead of the sears policy. DO NOT GO THERE EVER!!!!!!! Save your time and go somewhere else

My husband came back so disappointed!
 Even after numerous visits, the keys were not working. When he asked for a refund, he was given attitude and reluctantly given only partial money back. My husband had to call the police for help. This type of representation should not be acceptable for such a reputable and long standing establishment. I'm surprised that they have received such high reviews in the past but our family had a very sour and negative experience. I cannot recommend their services.

Best Key shop on the block! I went here yesterday to get a spare key made for my car after the dealer had quoted me an outrageous price. Service was fast and friendly! I would definitely recommend to check this place out.

Excellent service! Took less than 10 minutes. Total cost ended up being cheaper than their original quote! Before you call a traveling locksmith technician, or even worse, a dealership, I recommend you give The Keyless Shop at Sears a try!

they programmed my toyota camry key, they are good but the price is little bit high. my recommendation is to buy a new key from ebay and bring it to them.
