The Keystone Plus Construction Corporation is a Contracting firm that was established in 1989. Keystone is local to the Washington, D.C. area and focuses on providing superior performance and service in General Contracting, Design Build, and Construction Management. Keystone caters to a clientele base that ranges from public to private sectors, and residential to commercial. Keystone also maintains itself as an On-call provider for facilities maintenance on many projects sponsored by the DC Government. Keystone has a wide range of expertise and is able to self-perform critical components of construction scope and bond itself up to $30 million dollars. These added benefits allow Keystone to monitor work more closely to ensure the production and quality of the project and allows for work to be scheduled with more precision.
Keystone has built strong relationships many agencies throughout the D.C. area over the past 28 years, successfully performed $375 million in contracted work, and maintained itself as an active part of the local community. Keystone is a founding member for several local contracting and business associations, and keeps its pulse in sync with the heartbeat of the city.
