Our office specializes in dentistry for infants, children, and adolescents. We have been coming to the Kids' Dentist since my oldest was 4.  My kids love Dr. Yip and his dental assistants.  The entire staff communicate well with small children, and help make visiting the dentist a positive experience.  From the jungle themed decor to the children's movies playing during appointments to the small prizes that the kids receive at the end of their appointments, it is obvious that a lot of thought went into designing a positive experience for children. My girls love the games in the waiting areas and I appreciate the coffee. :) 

I also appreciate the community involvement that The Kids' Dentist demonstrates.  It's nice to see a local company support local schools and community events.

My pediatrician referred us to Dr. Yip 8 years ago and I'm so glad she did. We have had only great experiences here. 

Now that I have three youngsters, I love that the two little ones can play while the older one has dental work done. The office setup is such that I can freely move back and forth between the dental area and the play areas to check on everyone. In a regular dental office it would be so hard to keep the little ones happy during big brother's appointment! 

The office has always accommodated me on last-minute appointments and fitting all three kids in for a cleaning at once.

I also appreciate that the staff  — from reception to hygienists — are SO INCREDIBLY good with children. And Dr. Yip is a soft-spoken, gentle man and kids instinctively trust him.

Dr. Yip is a great kids dentist.  Reviewing that would be excellent.  His staff is great and very good with kids.  What is poor is the way they give estimates.  I was given an estimate for fillings on my son's teeth and told it was valid until 2/15/13.  We went a day before that, 2/14/13.  When it was said and done my bill had almost doubled.  The fees that they quoted me had increased by $35 dollars on multiple "quotes".  As I look at both the estimate and the bill that I requested, I am still in shock.  The codes that are on the bill are the same that are on the estimate so I don't understand how the prices can be so off.  Plus I went before the "expiration" date of the estimate.  If you want a goods kids dentist, Dr. Yip is great but if you have to get work done in his office, do not believe his estimate because you will be paying a lot more than you bargained for.

We brought our 2 year old daughter in for her first dental visit and it was an amazing experience from beginning to end. The desk staff were kind and friendly, the dental staff were patient, fun, and kid-friendly and Dr. Yip was amazing with my daughter and took extra time with me afterwards to talk about specific concerns I had. They took extra time with our daughter to ensure she had an amazing first dental experience. I am so happy to have found The Kids' Dentist!

Dr Yip and his staff are great with my kids. Our first time both kids were so nervous about going to the dentist they could barely let them brush their teeth. Dr Yip and the hygenists were all very patient and understanding with my kids and now we have no problems at all, they feel very comfortable with everyone in the office. And with all the games, they actually can't wait to go to the dentist!
