Candi Guilbeau is hands down THE BEST real estate professional we have ever used throughout our many moves. Beyond just making this sometimes tiring process enjoyable, Candi’s knowledge of the area was exceptional. Two qualities that we appreciated most was her quick responsiveness to our calls, emails and texts and also her negotiation skills. We loved working with Parker Kink!  We had some very specific desires as we looked for a custom home with some acreage.  Parker often rearranged his schedule to fit in showings for us and if he was not available, he arranged for an associate to help.  He never appeared frustrated or impatient during the house-hunting process, even though it included seeing an extreme amount of properties; and also necessitated changing our search boundaries halfway through the process.  When we finally found "our" home, there were multiple offers.  However, Parker was was able to take our lower offer and negotiate a successful contract for us.  He continued to facilitate our needs at the house as we interviewed designers and contractors to help us with some remodeling which we began as soon as we closed on the home.  The closing process was simple with the help of Parker and the Kink Team.  We appreciate their expert knowledge of the market and the real estate business!

Parker was incredible to work with.  My family and I were relocating to the area from out of state. We were on a time crunch to find something, and a little overwhelmed. Parker was extremely accommodating and helpful. His welcoming demeanor and enthusiastic attitude helped keep us calm while hunting for house. We found it extremely beneficial that Parker was so familiar with the area. There wasn't a question we asked he wasn't able to answer. If it was something he had to look into he was prompt in returning a response. His patience and positive attitude made looking at multiple listing bearable. When we finally found a house we were interested in it was a bit of a fixer upper. We brought multiple contractors to take a look. Parker gladly helped show the home multiple times. He made completion on the paperwork easy and quick. We could not have been more lucky to work with such a passionate, committed realtor. You can tell he loves what he does, which made working with him a wonderful experience.

We listed our home and property with Parker and The Kink Team last year, and we were very impressed from the start. Our home and our property were very unique in our area, and the marketing strategy they used worked perfectly. They researched everything about our home and acreage property. Within 1 hour of the listing going live we had our buyer. Parker and The Kink Team delivered on every promise they made from selling our selling our house to buying our current home. We would recommend this team to anyone and we will be using them in the future!

The guidance provided by The Kink Team was invaluable in selling our home.  Diane's pre-listing consultation and the Kink Team recommendation for staging were greatly appreciated and effective. They offered innovative methods for the sale including a well-designed print brochure, video and matterport that buyers could access online.  Through the selling process, we felt secure in their professional support and, by the end had made longtime friends.
