Built in 1929, The Kirk retains it's rich history and timeless charm. Under new ownership and management as of the early part of 2014, The Kirk saw an expansion to offer not only nightly and weekly hotel rates, but affordable 3+ month corporate options for those guests in Tooele on business, internships or other commitments where an apartment type lodging is preferred. Corporate leases include all utilities, fully furnished units right down to the silverware and affordable, full service laundry and apartment cleaning options.
The Kirk also offers regular 6+ month leases for the more permanent resident.
Our community also includes comfortably furnished hotel rooms equipped with microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and toaster for $89 per night or $475 per week for a $150 discount. Hotel rooms may be reserved for up to a one month stay for a larger discount for $1000 ($900 discount).
For apartment living, we offer regular and deluxe studios with full kitchens and regular or deluxe one and two bedroom residences ranging from $650 to $950 per month with a $600 refundable security deposit. Each unit in the community is unique in floor plan, style and materials and many offer a fully furnished advantage. Regular leases include all utilities with the exception of electricity.
All leases and hotel stays include complimentary internet service and basic cable t.v. Other amenities include: two coin laundry facilities, both upgraded with new appliances, a large common room with grand kitchen, pool table and darts, spacious courtyard, lush grounds, ample off street parking, beautiful community lobby and a pet friendly environment with a secure dog run.
The Kirk is located in historic downtown Tooele and retains helpful and courteous on-site management and maintenance staff.
