We bought 2 expensive slices of cheesecake there as well as a few other things. The cake was bone dry and the cheesecake part was dry and very much like plastic. How long do they leave bakery items in the fridge for? This cake had to be a month old. This could have spoiled.  The night manager was not much help when I phoned, a manager should take some responsibility for the store, that didn't happen. looks like I won't be spending any more money there.

I have gone there multiple times, and things have been under the wrong price tag, which they refuse to honour. I have also gotten expired or bad food from there on a regular basis: everything is overpriced and the staff have been very rude to me. I don't generally write bad reviews, but--run. I am forced into going here out of convenience, and it sucks my money and my soul. It's definitely bad upper management. The staff can't help you because the company cares more about the bottom line than customer satisfaction: I'm guessing the only thing they'll get in trouble for is dropping losing a few dollars by refunding something or honouring one of their many mislabelled food items.

The most horrendous store in Toronto.   They sell rotting vegetables at double the price of Loblaws and blatantly false advertise.    On 3 seperate occasions I was charged a different price that they list on the label.   When I brought it to the managers attrmtion they give you attitude.   Unbelievable .   DO NOT SHOP THERE.
