In 2015, I moved to Louisiana from Colorado and have I've called The Landing home since day 1! Jimmy, Sarah, along with Elroy, Barry and the entire maintenance team have made this a great place to live! The apartments are modern and the grounds are well maintained. Pool is always clean and the entire place is a friendly location to live in. You'll always have short term renters coming and going but for the most part, people are happy to be here and you can tell when you see them each day!!

I’ve lived here a short time and Phillip and Sarah both made moving in easy and great. The whole staff in general are awesome people. I enjoy my apartment and the quietness of the area. If there is an issue they jump on it and make things right. Haven’t had any issues at all here.

This place is a disgrace. Constantly having tow trucks patrolling to tow your vehicle. The fees they shell out for no reason are ridiculous, the staff is rude. The hot tub is forever broken and the pool has missing cement pieces that is dangerous. It should be illegal the way the extort money out of you and take your car without warning. Worst. Place. Ever.

I love my apartment here and the location. I have had a few maintenance issues since moving in but the Management team has taken of each issue in a very timely manner. I reported the items on a Friday afternoon and all have taken care of within two normal business days. ***UPDATE*** I have been here since 11/17 and Central Air and heating unit has been acting up for the last two months and still after 2 service visits the issue IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. If you are considering moving here I would recommend totally researching other apartments in the area first. The service here was good for about a month now it is less than desirable. They don’t care that the malfunctioning unit is causing my electric bill to go up and up and up. Always get an excuse and the unit never gets serviced correctly so that it will function properly. Stay away from the Landing.

The staff is nice and all when they want you to sign, but after that are completely apathetic in regards to the happiness of their tenants. The upstairs neighbors are horribly loud ALL THE TIME. Kids screaming, adults screaming, thudding at all hours, and the management's attitude is literally, "Call the cops. Not our problem." Even with there being a veteran and someone with PTSD living here. I wouldn't suggest this complex to anyone unless there's a drastic change in management. Too much to pay for a property that only sees you as monthly income and not a human being with needs. I'm moving as soon as I can. Moving here is one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made.
