Machines are ALWAYS broken! The three separate months that I came here the same machines were broken... The top load washing machines don't get your clothes clean.. The dryers eat your quarters like fruit snacks yet don't dry your clothes. The place is filthy and run down. I refuse to come back. The coin laundry on Ewing and Frankfort Ave costs a bit more, but there are plenty machines that work. You can use your credit card on the machines, and they have big dryers.

Very casual and comfortable atmosphere, and free wifi. Helpful employees and very customer oriented. However, several washer and dryers are out of order. I'll definitely continue to use in the future.

This place was great at one point, but it has fallen apart under its new ownership. Only a handful of washers even work there now, very sad.
The place is also a  bit dirty and no one that works there is ever happy about anything. Its flatout depressing just being there. Pretty much anywhere in the neighborhood is better.

This place is very dirty, majority of the machines are out of order and the ones that suppose to be working are not working properly. My washer took an hour and a half to wash and it was only suppose to wash for 43 minutes. It also never released my detergent. The laundry staff totally ignored my complaint and didn't even attempt to remedy the problem. I took pictures of the facility, two of the front loader washers had wires exposed and out of 23 washers 13 of them where out of order and out of 29 dryers 17 of them were out of order. This is an embarrassing to the community, something needs to be done this is HORRIBLE. I will be contacting the better business bureau and the health department.

I always drop off my laundry here. Nothing is ever lost, at least so far (knock on wood). The service is great, they have a good staff. I only use the drop off service, so if anyone has a little extra cash and are too lazy/busy to do their own laundry, then I would definitely recommend them to drop off their laundry here.
