I was wrongfully accused of a crime which was a very horrible experience. I was reffered to Derek through a friend of mine and am so glad I used him. From the get go Derek set my mind at ease and made me feel like family. His determination cleared my good name and for that I will forever be indebted for. His staff was also friendly punctual anytime I needed anything.

Dennis made this experience less scary than i imagined it to be. Didn't ask for much and gave me a fully favorable decision in return thank you so much for helping me continue this case for my dad i really appreciate it

Every time I called, the woman I spoke to was short and rude to me. "It's in appeals." And then she would hang up on me! They handled my case for four years. The only time I spoke with my lawyer was when I had to appear in front of a judge. Finally after four years, I just gave up on my disability claim.

I am so grateful for Dennis' commitment to my case. I could not be happier with the outcome of my case. If you want the best possible person representing you and YOU are willing to do your part and be dedicated to providing Dennis what he asks of you, you cannot do better than Dennis. Dennis is a friendly person, easy to talk to, and will always respond to any questions you may have during the process. It is an arduos task. It can take over 2 years, usually longer, but Dennis and his staff do all the hard work. Just give him what he needs, and sit back and let him do his thing. If you are looking for an attorney to represent you through your SSI case, you can stop.  Dennis is your guy. I am so fortunate to have worked with him.

Devermont & Devermont helped me to receive my SSI benefits. They did a great job on my case when it was denied. I got the satisfaction of being approved by Social Security to start receiving my benefits in 2016. I waited a year, but it was worth it. I recommend Devermont & Devermont to anybody needing help on getting their SSI benefits, they'll do the job.
