Andrew is a fantastic, very knowledgeable lawyer as well as a fantastic human being.  I did not hire him because of an interstate jurisdictional issue in which NJ was not awarded the "home state". But Andrew  has a "rare quality" of being both knowledgeable in the law. As well as being blunt and giving "real world" advice and strategy. He is plain spoken, tough talking and intelligent. A "thinking man's tough guy".
Hire him if you are looking for sound advice and strategy.

I was extremely disappointed . And sincere advise is never engage him . I have retained a different lawyer . I could list the problems and issues that I encountered . There will be bill every month without fail and not doing any work..

When I first met with Andrew I had no idea how my life would change.  The first consultation Andrew took his time and answered all of my questions.  I hired him and my divorce was done in 5 months.  In a way, he helped save my life.  I never felt the severe stress of my divorce, because Andrew took care of everything for me.  He handled everything and I believe my divorce was painless compared to what it would have been with another attorney.  I would use him again anytime!  He's the best!

Andrew is an excellent attorney.  He has a tremendous amount of knowledge in his field of expertise and is the consummate professional especially considering how sensitive the domain of family law (in my case was.)  His firm handled my matter exceptionally well - uniquely combining an ability to represent my family's best interests with unyielding tenacity and passion while at the same time presenting with compassion and understanding.  I never met Andrew prior to having hired his firm and I left feeling as though I was treated like family. I very highly recommend Andrew's firm and have recommended Bestafka Law to family and colleagues alike for any future matters that may arise.  You will not be disappointed.
