She represnted me & did little to none for my case. I gave her all the tools to win the case & she didn't present anything to the court. I lost custody of my son because of her! She is all about her money and not helping her client

My case lasted 13 months. There were ups and there were downs. There were times that I gave up hope and honestly thought that I would lose no matter what the truth was. Beverly Quinn stood by my side.  She was a true professional and I truly appreciated her integrity and character during such a crisis in my life. 
Over the course of the last year, I have seen her take on three different attorneys on the other side of the aisle and every single time, she was victorious for me. When I say victorious, I mean it wasn't even close.  Beverly has worked almost 40 years in the field and nobody in the courtroom could keep up with her vast knowledge of the law and wise decision making. She is not psychic, but she perfectly predicted and diagnosed the opposing counsel's arguments every single time. 
I had to litigate from North Carolina and sometimes even Spain and Africa (I'm in the Marine Corps). Beverly and her office communicated all pertinent details to me during our communications.  She didn't pad the bill with needless banter and she stuck to the important factors each and every time in order to win the case.  Her office staff took care of business and paid attention to crucial details that proved to be pivotal during the almost three-week long trial.  
My family and I had to spend a lot of money because of the way my ex-wife litigated (i.e.-stall tactics, lies, multiple attorneys, etc), but Beverly and her staff actually saved me money throughout the ordeal by not making mistakes.  Even now, she has been gracious enough to accept installment payments from me as I become financially stable again. 
If you have a valid case and are doing your best to be a good parent and want what is truly best for your child or children, accept no one else other than Beverly Quinn.  She is the best in her field and every other professional who practices law in the area knows who she is for a reason!!!  One of the opposing lawyers actually described himself as a "pinto" compared to Beverly being a "Mercedes" when describing how he was ill-prepared and outclassed during litigation at one of the hearings. I am so happy that I was blessed enough to have her as my attorney; I enthusiastically recommend her to anyone who wants to win their case for the right reason.

Worst Lawyer EVER!!- double charge for items, charged for service not provided. Then when we went to court she didn't open her mouth. - Beverly loves to extend and file motions to prolong your case which will increase your bill. When I question charges regarding the bill I received no response.  I just recently discovered that she sent me to collections for $1,000.00-  (it's been 6 years)  which not only is a violation of the statue of limitations its against the law.  DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER. she is full of crap.  I am filing a formal complaint with the State Bar.  If you need a GREAT Lawyer use Karen Brown.

From the moment I walked into the office of Beverly W. Quinn, I just knew this would be the attorney I wanted to represent me in court.  The overall feeling of warmth, protection, and knowledge was comforting.  
When I spoke about my case, I was carefully listened to and assured that everything was going to be made right.  I was informed of everything that was wrong and broken about my case.  The individual advice given to me came from a wealth of knowledge and experience even before I hired Ms. Stephanie Pulley!  
Immediately after hiring Ms. Pulley, she went to work going through every detail of my case.  It felt like I was taken under their wings and protected.  Yet at the same time confident and assured that I was being taken care of.  I felt more in control of the situation.  She was with me every step of the way.
Walking into the courtroom with Mr. Pulley by my side was the best thing that could have happened for me and my children.  
I've had several friends that have come to me asking if I know any good attorneys to represent them in court.  I've always said, "No, I don't know any 'good' attorneys, I know a FANTASTIC and AMAZING attorney that won't let you down!"
The Law Office of Beverly W. Quinn is and always will be #1 in my eyes!  There is no one else I would want to represent me in court ever again!
I can't thank you very much, Ms. Pulley (and office) for all you have done for me and my children.

2 years ago on Mothers Day weekend I was served custody papers by a man whom I hadn't seen in years.  He sat outside my house everyday for a month stalking me.  I had no idea what to do or whom to call.  I met with a handful of attorneys but none of them impressed me.  My daughters life was on the line and no ordinary attorney was going to do.  I needed someone that believed in me and was going to fight like hell for me and my daughter.  I met with Mrs. Quinn and within minutes of talking to her I knew I had found the attorney for me.  She's quick, she's sharp and she knows her stuff.   She was great. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney.  

Not only was this a custody battle but it also had traces of Domestic Violence in it as well.  I didn't want my little girl anywhere near my ex.  He has a bad temper and drinks far too much.  I needed to make sure that he never saw her again.  This was the only way we were going to stay safe and Mrs. Quinn knew this.  

The day we went to court I was scared to death.  My daughters future safety was in the hands of stranger.  Judge or not, he was still a stranger to me and I didn't want my daughters future decided by him.  We both took the stand and testified.  
Mrs. Quinn was shark.  My ex didn't know what hit him.  She came at him with both barrels and then some. In the end I got everything I wanted and my daughter was never going to have to spend time with that violent drunk again.  I am grateful for Mrs. Quinn and her staff.  They all work very hard.  If you have a custody battle or a divorce you need Mrs. Quinn on your side.  You don't ever want to up against her, in the court room, that's for sure.  

Hands down Mrs. Quinn is the best.  There is no one better.  You would be wise to spend the money and retain Mrs. Quinn as your attorney.  You'll be happy you did.
