I was pulled over in Pittsford, NY going 50mph in a 30.  Jim and his team were absolutely amazing to work with, especially Nicole. This law firm, and James Riotto are superb!  Competent, professional, and always a pleasure to interact with.  James had my 8 point speeding ticket reduced from an 86mph in a 55mph, down to a parking ticket, with ZERO points.  I HIGHLY recommend his Law office to anyone with traffic violations....seek his services first.

My ticket was reduced from passing a stop sign to improper door opening. It went from being a 3-point ticket that would appear on my NYS abstract to being a simple (but expensive) violation. I found Riotto's rate to be reasonable, considering the implications of getting points on my license vs. paying the few hundred dollars. His office is also responsive to emails, and he is accessible, making communication with his office fairly straightforward. Overall, I would recommend him, but I would also recommend myself to just be more careful next time.

In May 2017 I got a ticket in New York State for going slower than a speed limit on a freeway (I was going 65 and I slowed down to 60 because there was a traffic ahead of me, and then the officer pulled me over). As I work/live in San Diego, CA, I had to hire a lawyer to defend my case at the court. Although it took some time, the service I received from staff members at James L. Riotto Law Office was superb. Whenever I got anxious, I would email them and they would update me on how the case was going. At the end of it all, I received a phone call/email saying that my ticket was dismissed! I would definitely recommend James L. Riotto Law Office to any of my friends who got a traffic ticket in New York State.

I hired this law office to handle one of my traffic citation of 4 points. They took their time to get me out of it without any penalties and no points. Moreover, No bad driving record. I really appreciate the way they handled the case.
