Mr. Smith was recommended to me from friends. I hired him for a custody case in late 2013. From the get go he was very thorough and attentive to my case. Each time we went to court he surprised me with how well organized he was and because of his attention to detail was able to quickly retort any inaccuracy. We finished my final hearing today and I am so grateful for him and his guidance. I highly recommend his services and if I could give higher than a five star I would.

Mr. Smith was referred from a friend of ours at the beginning of an "out of the blue" custody dispute. Being in the military and constantly moving, this caused an insurmountable amount of strain on our family. Mr. Smith was mine and my wife's rock throughout the entire lengthy legal process. His counsel and organization are in reflection to his work ethic and professionalism. Most would say there is a common misconception about lawyers that they are "Only out for the money." or that they're "slimey." This is completely untrue with Mr. Smith, and the counsel that he was able to provide our family had a direct result on the positive environment that we were able to provide for our child.  If given the opportunity, I would recommend Mr. Smith to anyone wishing to seek legal advice, especially one that is in similar nature to our own. I cannot thank you enough for your assistance.

After spending untold amounts of money and dealing with attorneys that left a lot to be desired, Mr. Smith was able to not only straighten out and prevent my former spouse more problems in my life, but also was able to help me obtain custody of my child.

Mr. Smith was reasonable in his fees, but was very conscious of saving me money where he could.  Mr. Smith approached my situation very professionally, but also with compassion.

I would highly recommend Mr. Smith and his firm if you find yourself having to deal with issues that require a skilled attorney.
