Horrible horrible horrible.  I felt like he was for the insurance company not me. I have a serious back injury and was forced to settle for very little money.  I never even met him in person. I went to mediation alone and he was there by phone. I settled on Feb 16th and still havent received my check. I was told over 2 weeks ago they would call me last week to see how i wanted the check sent and still no call. I call and leave voicemails and send text but NO response.  Im filing a complaint with the bar association today.  DON'T hire this firm. Trust me you will end up with nothing!!!!! My work comp got cut off and i was told by Billy well i gotta file a petition it could take several months to resolve it. After 6 weeks of waiting i called work comp myself and had my benefits reinstated the very next day... what a joke this firm is... Save your money!!!!!!!

I contacted this law office to get help with a very bad injury that will last me a lifetime. I trusted this lawyer with my workers compensation claim and they failed me. The settlement I got was no where near what I should have received. They settled the case and told me it was the highest I could get only to later found out they settled for any injury that could have been wrong with my back, not the specific injury that will require surgery or more extensive treatment in the future. I highly recommend going to another law office for more extensive injuries that will last you a lifetime so it will be taken seriously, not just for them to make a few bucks the easiest way they can imagine.

Mr. Mclean, was very good lawyer, got me great deal on working comp settlement. Even tho I gave him 5 star, he does have minor flaws, needs to keep his client update with status and progress of the case. I never met him, would have been nice to see him face to face in order to know who he is. As far has his staff they get 5 star too, very polite and professional.

Excellent attorney and staff... upon calling for a workers comp employer retaliation case, they did not pressure me to notify employer I had an attorney on case. Mr. Mclean called me himself and told me exactly what he would do... Approximately 4 months later after physical therapy , pain management and an injection he settled my case and even cut me a check for ten percent due to major hardships until my checks came in about 3 weeks later. Very down to earth attorney , wonderful staff and just a great guy. I would recommend him prior to any of these large attorneys you see plastered everywhere.
